CRC family,
The first quarter of 2009 is behind us and there is only 8and a half months left till the end of the year.
Can you believe how quickly this term has gone? It seems the older you become the quicker time passes by – that’s why it is so important to redeem the time and to maximise every moment given to us by God. I want to encourage you to stay strong in the pursuit of your dreams and your visions. Continue to believe and to declare: “good things are heading my way, in Jesus name” and “the best is yet to come!” Remember: Even when it seems that things are out of control – God remains in control! He watches over His word to perform it in your life!
Thank you to each one of you making this vision possible in Bloemfontein and in Pretoria as well as in the rest of this nation through love; prayer; financial stewardship; homecells and serving in the ministry of helps. Thank you for remaining faithful and for keeping your heart fixed to this house in season and out of season! Thank you for your continued partnership to build this Great House! Without you, this vision is not possible!

This term we will be focussing on “Relational issues” starting on this Sunday!
- I believe that during this series – we are going to experience a tremendous outpouring of God’s Holy Spirit.
- Come prepared and expectant! Invite your friends! Bring the unsaved!
An update on Pretoria Building: We’ll be starting groundworks within the next month! The delay has been due to the fact of expanding the seating capacity to over 5000 and therefore obviously all the plans had to be redone as well as the building had to be repositioned! We believe to build this state of the art auditorium cash by the end of 2010 for +/- R70 million in Jesus’ name!
Praise report: During the first quarter of this year, we saw over 7000 people make a personal commitment to Jesus in Bloemfontein and Pretoria during our services. We also had 1414 members in Bloemfontein and 976 members in Pretoria added to the church.
Sounds like the Book of Acts to me – Acts 2:47 “and the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved”

The Ladies out did themselves again this year with a phenomenal programme for the Bling Ladies Conference. Despite the cold weather we had over 2700 ladies at the conference from every corner of South Africa! Well done ladies!
