I have spent a great deal of time, during the last few weeks on the vast subject of God’s grace. The crux of the matter is that if you truly walk in and understand God’s love and His grace - you will be convinced that he died for all. It is this love of Christ that compels us to share the gospel with the world. I am amazed by the fact that God has entrusted us with the message of his glorious gospel!

God is great! 2009 has been a phenomenal year and I’d like to thank everybody involved. All the wonderful musicians, each ministry, every person involved, cell leaders and all the cheerful givers in the church – thank God for you!  You are truly making a difference in your world! Thank you for your support and commitment to this vision. We saw many first time decisions made in Bloemfontein and Pretoria this weekend and I want to encourage you to continue believing God, with me, for many greater things during this festive season.

The promise that God gave me for this year: You will crown this year with your goodness, your paths will drip with abundance. I want to inspire you with hope, one touch of God’s favor will change your entire life. Although 2009 is drawing to an end, God’s word still says in Jeremiah 29:11 that God’s plans are to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a great future. Don’t go out and end this year deflated, remember that God watches over His Word to perform it in our lives. Believe and declare: Surely Goodness and Mercy shall follow me all the days of my life! The psalmist said: I will extol you God, I will praise you, in the midnight hour I will praise you. Seven times a day I will praise you. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil, I’ll keep saying: God you are good and your mercy endures for ever. Goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life! I want to encourage you, let God have the final say to your 2009!

For those who are going away during this time of celebration: have a great holiday, stay close to Him and be safe. May you experience God’s presence and grace everyday. I am looking forward to a great start to 2010 as we prepare for the launch of CRC Midrand, Potchefstroom and Pietermaritzburg. Together we will do more!!
